These Business Terms and Conditions are designed to regulate the commercial relationship between ALLIANCE EDGE CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDERS CO. L.L.C, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as "Alliance Edge") and its clients (the "Client"). Alliance Edge will offer the Client a range of corporate services, such as company registration and various supplementary services, as well as assistance with bank account opening, collectively referred to as the Services.
These Business Terms and Conditions will become an essential part of any agreement between the Client and Alliance Edge, based on the order form completion online or paper-based (the “Agreement”). By entering into an Agreement with Alliance Edge, the Client accepts these Business Terms and Conditions, including the price list for the Services available on the Alliance Edge website.
In case of any disagreement between these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, the stipulations of the Agreement shall take precedence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Alliance Edge retains the right to modify these Business Terms and Conditions at any time with immediate effect. The Client will be notified of such changes in writing.
Company Establishment and Management, and Additional Services
Alliance Edge will carry out the incorporation of a Company for the Client, in the jurisdictions specified on the Alliance Edge website. Additional Services will be provided either through Alliance Edge's affiliates or third parties.
Assistance in Opening Bank Accounts
Upon receipt of the Client’s request, Alliance Edge will assist the Client in opening a Bank Account with a banking or non-banking financial services provider. The Client is solely responsible for the selection of the bank.
Alliance Edge reserves the right to reject any or all of its Services to any Client without giving any reason or explanation, and cannot be held accountable for such refusal.
While Alliance Edge aims to provide accurate information about all its Services, it does not offer legal or Tax advice. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant jurisdiction laws.
The Client shall supply Alliance Edge with the necessary information to ensure compliance with relevant anti-money laundering and due diligence legislation. The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
The Client shall provide due diligence documentation as requested by Alliance Edge. This might include identification documents, legal domicile proof, and documents proving the Client’s source of funds and wealth, among others.
The Client agrees to pay the Fees charged by Alliance Edge for the provision of Services and any third-party disbursements incurred by Alliance Edge related to the Services.
The Client may pay the Fees using a valid credit or debit card in his/her name or via bank transfer.
All communications regarding the Services and the Company will be deemed properly communicated if sent to the email address notified by the Client.
The recipients of Client's personal data may include Alliance Edge affiliated companies acting as subcontractors or auxiliaries, registered agents in jurisdictions relevant to the Services, IT suppliers, and legal authorities.
The Client is obligated to keep his/her personal data updated throughout the entire contractual relationship with Alliance Edge and warrants that he/she has obtained valid legal authorization from any applicable data subject whose personal data he/she transferred to Alliance Edge. ءءء
